Personal Freedom Challenge
Are you ready for something new?
Are you ready to break out of autopilot and start living your best life?
I created a guide for you — that is all about you — to help you develop a new habit of thoughts, by journaling, exploring you, dreaming, finding your purpose, and aspects of appreciation. I call this guide a “Personal Freedom Challenge.” Each day you will receive an email. The journal tasks will take about 10 -15 minutes each day to complete. It’s a challenge because it requires a commitment from you. To create any new habit, it takes at least 30 days, so this guide is 35 days to ensure you set some new habits. You will also have access to me, as your coach, going through the Personal Freedom Challenge. I will be holding your hand.
Hello, my name is Kim. I want to share my story with you and let you know about a program I developed. The information I will share with you evolved from the difficult challenges I experienced becoming a successful entrepreneur, as a leader of an extraordinary million-dollar team.
As a very young child, I was full of life then I experienced physical abuse and abandonment that took the life right out of me. I kept all of this to myself. I became full of fear with painful thoughts. My experience had a huge impact on my young adult life, making unhealthy choices, and was a very unhappy adult living as a victim of my life. My thoughts were full of fear, negativity, and I worried about how I would survive this life because I wasn’t smart enough or worthy.
I felt paralyzed in fear from my stories and the habits I gained in the process.
I thought about ending my life many times. I believed I would be that woman pushing the shopping cart like a “bag lady” with all her belongings in it and when I would see a “bag lady,” I would say to myself, “there I go.” I felt paralyzed in pain and fear from my stories and the habits I gained in the process. I couldn’t imagine life would get better. I looked like I had it together but, inside, every day was a struggle. My inner person didn’t match my outer person. When I became a mom and started searching for answers, I learned that happiness was a choice, that was profound to me. I didn’t know it was up to me. I thought others were responsible for that. As I searched for more answers, I learned so much and incorporated many tools into my life that empowered me. It’s been an amazing journey.
I wanted the freedom to be more of who I wanted to be. Not trapped in the past of “stinkin-thinkin,” or limited without clarity or feeling unworthy of success, and I wanted to be a better mom, friend, and leader. I wonder if you feel that way?
The Personal Freedom Challenge is a 35-day journey so you can incorporate these tools into your life.
I would love to share some of the best tools I have learned with you. I created the Personal Freedom Challenge, a 35-day journey, so you can incorporate these tools into your life. It’s packed with gems, tricks, and treasures to get you closer to where you want to be.
You may feel you don’t have another minute to spare in your life, but what if this challenge gave you more time for the most important things? Most of us live with a painful past and habits that no longer serve us. Wouldn’t it be nice to let that go?
We are a set of behaviors, emotional reactions, unconscious habits, hardwired attitudes, and beliefs.
The truth is, 90% of our behavior is a habit. WOW! 90%! That means we are on autopilot; from the time we get up in the morning until the time we fall into bed there are hundreds of things we do the same every day. Our habits run us. We are like a computer program by the time we are 35 years old. We are a set of memorized behaviors, emotional reactions, unconscious habits, hardwired attitudes, and beliefs. We can become locked into unconscious self-defeating behavior that defeats our growth and limits our success, even though we want more from our life. Our habits determine our outcome. You may have developed some new habit you are proud of in the last few years; it feels good! We can create new thoughts.
So many wonderful tools helped me go from a “Bag Lady Mentality” to a successful, thriving woman making more money than I had ever imagined. I have lived a life enriched with joy because of the habits I incorporated into my life.
