Welcome to your Personal Freedom Challenge Guided Journal.
Today, tips and preparation because it all starts Tomorrow.
Here are a few things you will need:
1. Purchase a notebook, if you haven’t already or a journal and choose a favorite pen, put it in the place you will be writing, by your bed, a special chair or in the bathroom (if it’s the only quiet place you can find). Decide where, so you will be on purpose. You can use an electronic program if that works better for you. Evernote http://evernote.com it’s awesome, free, and can be added to your phone, iPad or computer.
2. Your guide will start tomorrow so if you’re not ready, let me know. It will take about 10-20 minutes each and every day for 35 days. A few more minutes the first week. Set up reminders on your phone or daily planner to remind you. First thing in the morning works the best. I’m not sure what time of day you will get your email so the next morning may work for you.
3. This guide is all about you and I know you will find the commitment worth it! You will gain new focus, new habits, increased confidence, clarity and many new tools to empower your life.
